Jacket magazine is published quarterly on the Internet in January, April, July and October. It is free.

I founded the magazine in 1997, to showcase lively poetry and prose. Some of the material in the magazine is original to Jacket, and some is excerpted from hard-to-get books and magazines, partly to help them find new readers. You can't actually subscribe to the magazine - I haven't worked out how to do that yet. Just drop by every month or so. The old issues will still be there, and the current number will be posted piece by piece until it's full.

Jacket won Best of the Net award from the (Poetry) Mining Company in New York in December 1997. Jacket was also < Site of the Month > at the Electronic Poetry Center site in Buffalo, New York, in November, and Recommended Site in the Web Del Sol Literary Ring site for Poetry in December 1997.
